Yarrow is a plant grown in Europe, North America, and Asia. The flowering tops of the plant are used for medicinal purposes. Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) flowers are white or pale lilac and look like small daisies. They were traditionally known as Nosebleed and used for their curative powers. Traditional use was for stopping of minor bleeding, treating wounds, to treat inflammation in the intestinal and reproductive female tracts, and was also used as a mild sedative.
