Vitex is a genus of about 250 species of shrubs and trees, Vitex agnus-castus (chaste tree berry) is a well-known herb that has been used for centuries in Europe for hormonal imbalances in women. I am stronger believer that body should work according to natural cycle instead of force by medicine, but not in case of vitex because it natural clomid, an herbalist suggest me vitex along with other herbal blends like wild yam, chaste tree, I am currently using it and so far it has kept my periods regular for 2mo now.

Natural supplement which help me in my menstrual difficulties I take two capsules 1 to 2 times a day with meals. I use Vitex Chaste Berry Extract supplement about three weeks...and now I feel much better.

Doctor after doctor with unsatisfactory results. I use Vitex i am now 27 and my husband and I want to have a baby because past three years doctors couldn't regulate my cycle. after using this stuff for two months. I had my first cycle and now I became pregnant. I think most of us trying to conceive or just regulate our cycles will be glad they tried Vitex.I never believed in supplements before, but I sure do now.
