The family doctor recommended that my son take E. I read that the rice bran is very helpful with stomach problems. That's why start taking Carlson Tocotrienols after taking 1 month I realize that it cause indigestion, burping the taste of the gel caps, so I haven't given it to my daughter at this point. I highly recommended.

The best source of vitamin E, easy for me to swallow a soft gel capsule in a day rather than keeping an eye on my diet regularly. What attracts me more is that it is pure with out any additional flavor, if any thing is concerns to your health it should better be pure and natural.
