I can say that it is a stamina booster like not only my recovery between sets after workout is much better but stamina through out the day is also positive point of Viraloid. Plus so far I have not found any sort of side effects like moodiness, irritability or even any skin related problem. I take two capsules of viraloid right after eating and please with it results.

I have been taking for 1 weeks so far and it has been great. no side effects bench is increasing dramatically and it really gets you cut too. I'll let you guys know more in a week or so.
