Not sure if this is working since I am exercising a lot which I know for sure is helping me. I will say that my heart seems to be racing more and I have a ton of gas which can at times be painful. I attribute that to this product.

I am currently taking Tonalin CLA. I have been taking it for about 3 weeks but I haven't noticed much change. Marissa in GA, did you do anything extra while taking the pills?

I took CLA tonalin acid and lost 45 pounds within the first 2 weeks, its a great product and easy to use ... just make sure to work out atleast 3 minutes everynight so the fat doesnt build up into more fat!!!

It's true that CLA has been reported in studies to help with reducing body fat. I've a body fat scale and there is big difference in my body fat percentage going down after taking CLA two months while taking this product. I would buy CLA product again because it did do what it claimed to do. I definitely suggest this product.

My Mother I have been using about more products for waking is not for good but I take for Tonalin Cla about 4 weeks for me to start noticing a real difference in my life and I am very impressed in my body shape. I my very happy.

I started taking tonalin cla about a week ago. Tonalin CLA was given to me by my physician to help me lose weight.Tonalin CLA is a great product.I feel better and I'm losing weight.
