The very smooth protein and absolute best tasting protein shake I have ever had. I am just 21 year old, I've been using syntha 6 for 2 months and I have gained about 12 to 15 pounds of muscle mass with my workout honestly found good as this combination of supplements. It maintains my muscles and with no side affects overall a perfect product.

Syntha-6 is one of the better tasting proteins i have ever tried. Usually im not too concerned with the taste and more concerned with whether it works or not, but if it does taste great than even better. Since I had just purchased it i am not sure how effective it is, but everything else i have take
