I usually get spirulina from smoothie drinks or protein bars. But one of my friend suggested me that I should try it as a supplement, since we both workout at the same gym with the same goal that trying to loose fat and build more muscle by putting more protein in our diets. This product is helpful for us for achieving our goal. I recommend this supplement to get extra proteins that increase your muscle.
