Well I can say that I feel change in my outlook by using rhodiola rosea at very first doze. As I am very busy in my schedule work that give significant stress naturally. Thanks to rhodiola rosea it give me mental relaxation.

I have been used it for two months after taking my family doctor advice I take one in the morning and one in the evening. Rhodiola Rosea gives me energy and makes me feel better mentally.
