rhodiola has def helpled me i felt the difference within a few hours, although i still feel iv a long way 2 go i feel better than i did,i have been out with friends and have truly been happy, although at night i still worry alot but last night i actually fell asleep without having to sleep beside someone else!! my anxiety is still here and i still feel tired but i feel like there is hope for me, my appetite also came back and i have started laughing again!!! i just pray 2 god that within a week my anxiety will disappear

Well I can say that I feel change in my outlook by using rhodiola rosea at very first doze. As I am very busy in my schedule work that give significant stress naturally. Thanks to rhodiola rosea it give me mental relaxation.

This product has given me back my life, I am glad when I decided to give Nature's Way Rhodiola Rosea a try. Now I have been feeling less stress and more energy.
