I've been taking Resveratrol from two month and have good experience as an increase in available energy. Resveratrol works well & allows me to walk farther, workout longer, and has really helped to curb hunger. I have taken two tablets per day with food or juice, directed by my family health consultant. My family Physician's advice me for this product. Then I had read about the apparent benefits of Resveratol, Green Tea Vitamin C, etc. after using resveratrol i feel positive change I feel myself better then before. Resveratrol is very easy and pleasant to take this but I found that it is not good to take this at night because it bumps our energy level.
