I have tried several natural menopausal creams without success or relief from my hot flashes. I started taking Promensil once a day! This product has diminished my hot flashes greatly. After using Promensil I feel so happy because it gives me relief from my symptoms and I have better sleep without awaking, before this I have tried so many natural menopausal creams without successive result or any sort of relief from my hot flashes.
