I’ve tried this product for a month now and I lost 5 pounds. This product helped me with keep my hunger under control. I also started eating smaller portions, 4 -5 times a day.
NV definitely gives you energy, the box says that one pill equals to 2 cups of coffee. I work 40 hours a week and take night classes after work, and if you are someone like me you will definitely appreciate the extra energy which this product delivers.
There were mild side effects in the beginning that eventually disappeared. Like trouble falling asleep and mild stomach aches. However, after the first week i was able to go to bed when I wanted to and stopped having stomach aches.
I would recommend this product to those people who want to loose 5 to 10 lbs. I think the price is very reasonable and the product is great.
