I've used one bottle of Ultra and I've noticed many positive results. Bowel movements are very easy and regular. My lips were always dry and flaking; but now they are smooth and healthy...even first thing in the morning, and I'm 53 years old. I even feel lighter on my feet. I have an overall sense of better health. I've tried hundreds of different products in the last 30 years and most have no effect, but this one has positive, noticable benefits. I took this supplement early in the morning, by itself, before my normal rising time. I found it was helpful to open 3-5 capsules in a jar, add water, shake and drink. Then wait 1-2 hours before eating. I found the capsules would stick in my throat when I took them whole.
