| Linseed Oil is suitable for human consumption, and is used as a nutritional supplement. It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, especially alpha-linolenic acid. Linseed oil also known as flax seed oil, Solgar's Linseed Oil is uniquely cold pressed from organically grown flaxseed, by the exclusive Omegaflo process which protects the product from both light and air. It is a slow-drying liquid with good preservative properties and water resistance. it is also used in soaps, inks, and in the production of linoleum! Each softgel supplies 1250mg of fresh, cold pressed linseed (flaxseed) oil, a source of linoleic acid, an omega-3 polyunsaturate; and linoleic acid, an essential omega-6 polyunsaturate. Linseed oil is a yellowish drying oil derived from the dried ripe seeds of the flax plant. Solgar's Linseed Oil is uniquely cold pressed from organically grown flaxseed, by the exclusive Omegaflo process which protects the product from both light and air. The result is the most natural, purest source of cold pressed flaxseed oil available.
Each softgel supplies 1250mg of fresh, linoleic acid, cold pressed linseed (flaxseed) oil, an omega-3 polyunsaturate, an essential omega-6 polyunsaturate, a source of linoleic acid.
Linseed Oil Recommend Use:
As a dietary supplement for adults, 2 to 4 softgels daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Other Ingredients of Linseed Oil:
Linseed (flaxseed) oil, carob flavor, glycerin, water, gelatin.

I can really tell the difference when I forget to take the linseed oil. Linseed oil have been using about 3 weeks and I am simply amazed. Linseed oil is useful for many things I think it works better for her. What a relief.

I have been taking linseed oil product for past 4 month. and recently realized that with great success. Linseed oil is an good product and I do believe in it.

I've been using this linseed oil product for 2 weeks with great success. Linseed oil is an good product and I do believe in it. Linseed oil is useful for many things in our daily life but it is most useful for our body as well.
