The amino acid L-Arginine has several major functions in the body, including as a precursor of nitric oxide (NO). This chemical messenger plays a vital role in vasodilatation, relaxation of smooth muscle cells within arterial blood vessels. Dietary L-Arginine provides the nitrogen our bodies use to produce NO. Because of L-Arginine’s potential role in vasodilatation, it may support healthy blood vessels. Emerging evidence suggests a role of L-Arginine in immune function. It is well known that the body uses more L-Arginine when it is under stress or injured. Further, L-Arginine is also used by the body to produce creatine which supports muscle protein synthesis.

Good product, I have taken this for quite a while and it has been very effectual for me. I using many expensive supplements but after trying someone I can't get great results. I've been using L-Arginine as a part of my daily workout routine and it’s reducing my blood pressure and expands blood vessels also. I am happy because this product is very vital part in the body's production as I experienced. I like to take it before a meal and really a great supplement indeed but just make sure you drink a lot of water with it.

I have been taking l-Arginine for over same months now. It plays an important part in my body production of nitric acid it promotes my blood vessels and maintains my healthy blood flow very nicely through out the body. I’ve noticed that it’s also release my growth hormones. Now I have more energetic after using l-Arginine. I am very excited about these changing. It is more vital for proper body development. I would recommend this product for anyone interested in increasing their blood flow and wants to maintain their body.

I am forty plus and this is the first time that I am taking arginine, I found it a very high quality product for overall fitness, it increased my blood flow very well that help me for better workout as gives me a good pump while weights lifting, enhance energy and increase libido. I must say that it is a five star rated products as it does what it is supposed to do. So far I take 2 capsules per day as it is enough for need. A worthy product which I want to continue.
