Three to four days later you may gradually increase tea flavor by steeping one tea bag with one cup (6 ounces) of boiling water. Enjoy one cup of tea after the evening meal. For optimum flavor, never over steep. Notice: This product contains Senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not exceed 1 serving (1 tea bag) in any 24-hour period.
