Grapeseed oil is a wonderful massage oil, very light and also not much smell. However, cooking is where grapeseed oil really shines... it has a high "flash point" which means it doesn't start smoking and burning at higher temperatures...great for sauteeing. also, with a high flash point it doesn't lose it's structure and i don't burn my delicious food! It is also great cold on salads and such, it has a very light and neutral flavour which makes it blend nicley with almost any palate you are working with. mmmm, tasty.
