Hypoallergenic. Ingredients: Per 1 tsp or 5 gm: Selenium as sodium selenite 200 mcg 48 tsp/bottle Suggested Use: 1 tsp daily. DO NOT exceed 400 mcg selenium per day from all sources. Those who are sensitive should dilute to build up tolerance.
