Nattokinase 300 capsules Ingredients per 2 capsules: Nattokinase 1440 FU (72 mg) A Fibrinolytic Enzyme found in the vegetable cheese Natto, a fermented soybean food common in the Japanese diet. Other ingredients: Soybean Oil, Soybean Lecithin, Glycerin fatty acid ester, Parsley Seed Oil, Beeswax. Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, 1 to 2 capsules three times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. May be taken with or without food. Take with 8-10 oz of water. NOTE: If taken with anticogulant drugs, use under medical supervision. Contraindicated in any condition associated with bleeding. ARG originally offered Nattokinase which had 276 mg per 2 capsules, yielding about 1000 FU (FU means fibrinolytic activity, the ability to dissolve blood clots). ARG is now using Nattokinase with the highest potency available, yielding 1440 FU per 2 capsules.

I and my spouse both take nattokinase as a supplement for normal blood pressure, because both of us suffer from high blood pressure, our doctor recommended it. Apart of under normal blood pressure nattokinase also help me to controlling the pain on my legs. This is the extra benefit which I not intentionally taking it for. Thanks to nattokinase for solving our problems.

I have been taking Nattokinase for more than a year. My doctor gives me advice to take them & he said that I had poor circulation in my hand and it was causing me a lot of pain. After using Nattokinase one capsule daily I felt less pain within two weeks so I decided to continue to use Nattokinase. Now one year ago and now I didn't feel any pain on my hand. Thank Nattokinase.

I am taking this product for almost 3 months, It has been effective in controlling pain in the legs as doctor indicated. From the very first day when I started Nattokinase i feel better and after two week I felt much better from first day and i decided to continue Nattokinase product.
