Lutein (6mg) Description from TWINLAB
One hard gelatin capsule supplies 6 mg of crystalline pure lutein in a natural base of spinach concentrate. The lutein in this product is extracted from marigolds and purified by an exclusive patented process (U.S. Patent #5,382,714). Lutein is the most a bundant carotenoid found in fruits and vegetables, and is a potent antioxidant, expecially concentrated in the macula of the eye. TWINLAB lutein is in a dry, water dispersed form with no added oils or fats. Natural mixed tocopherols and rosemary extract a re added as antioxidants for greater stability and shelf life.
Directions
As a dietary supplement take one Lutein capsule daily (preferably with a meal) or as directed by a health care professional.

Natural Base consisting of Spinach Concentrate, Gelatin, Purified Water, MCT, Magnesium Stearate. Well tolerated by most highly allergic individuals. No corn, soy, yeast, milk or egg products. No added sugars, salt (sodium), preservatives or tablet binders and coatings.
