Took this stuff for the first time today 11/28/2007. This stuff is NASTY and it stung my tongue a little. Normally I take aminos by capsule form; I figured liquid form would hit my system faster. Took as directed 3 tablespoonfuls. Researching to see if it's okay to mix with small amount of water.

Normally after taking any sports nutrition it felt bit dizzy and heavy at stomach but this easily digested sports nutrition is best I used ever. Affordable price and standard quality these are additional points for me excluding lean muscle growth and optimized protein synthesis.
