SAMe 200 mg 30 vtabs Supplement Facts: Serving Size - 2 tablets Servings per container - 15 Amount per serving: S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) 400 mg Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 1.2 mg Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 0.84 mg Other ingredients: Cellulose (Plant origin), Croscarmellose, Polymethacrylate, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Triethyl Citrate, Purified Stearic Acid, Citric Acid, Titanium Dioxide Color. Directions: For adults, we recommend taking two (2) tablets daily, preferably on an empty stomach. In order to obtain maximum benefits, SAM-e should be taken at least 30 minutes prior to a meal, or follow the advice of your health care professional. Keep this product out of the reach of children.
