It does not contain wax or parafin. Each capsule contains: Cetyl Myristoleate 60 mg Cetyl Oleate 125 mg Cetyl Myristate 75 mg Vitamin E 1 iu Suggested Use: 2 capsules, 3 times a day on an empty stomach. For best results use CM Plus Cartilage Support Nutrients, and CM Plus Topical Lotion. Avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol. Cautions: Each capsule contains material in semi-liquid or paste form.
