| Lecithin also known as phosphatidyl choline, for the proper formation of bile and as an emulsifying agent itself. Lecithin is a natural substance found in cell membranes and is manufactured in the liver from dietary choline. Rich in natural choline and inositol, lecithin is a lipotropic substance derived from soybeans. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your health care professional before using lecithin. It contains a mixture of phosphatides, including phosphatidly choline, and impotant precursor to the main neurotransmitter, acetylcholine. In addition, the body utilizes lecithin both for the proper formation of bile (the body's main emulsifying compound), and as an emulsifying agent itself. As an emulsifier, lecithin helps in the absorption and utilization of fat-soluble nutrients, such as vitamins A, D, E and K.
Other Ingredients: stearic acid, colloidal silicon dioxide, modified cellulose gum and magnesium stearate.
Suggested Use of Lecithin: 1 to 2 softgels daily with a meal, or as recommended by your health care professional.
