Let me start off by saying Muscle Milk the best tasting protein I have ever used. I m always on the hunt for a new and different tasting protein. This is a great protein. I bought this product because the advertisment of "lean muscle Mass" and the "fat burning" ingredients on the tub. I've used muscle milk for a month, and it works.

My problem is muscle growth is your body's ability to recover after exercise. The quicker recovery the quicker strength and mass gains will come. The average American diet provides more than enough of the nutrients needed for good health and muscular growth.
