It was suggested by my family physician, advice me to take Acetyl L-Carnitine it enhances cognitive function and physical performance. I take daily 1 capsule on an empty stomach it worked amazing and fast. It also helps decrease ischemic heart disease, abnormal cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
