One of my friend suggest me passion flower as I told him about my uncomfortable sleep, as I use passion flower it effect on first week is not as I desired but by taking for it for one month it help me in a tremendous way. Passion Flower give me clam mind.

I've been using this product for few months it is very effective worked much better for me than valerian or melatonin. Passion Flower allows me to get into a deep and well rested sleep at night after a lot of tensions of work at day time. I take two caps daily before bedtime really helps to relax my body and mind. I will continue to use this product.
