Actually I have very weak immune support that why I am suffering from illness like cold and flu through out the year, it not enough laziness and feel stress in work is the part of my life. I am not going to say that ahcc has change my life completely because it is too early to say that I had use only one month but I felt some change on me. Like ahcc awake my immune system. My energy level is high, I slept better and it also helps me to cut down stress in work. Definite Ahcc has some effects for immune booster.
