Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a nutrient that maintains the integrity of cell membranes and youthful synaptic plasticity (meaning it protects cells against age-related deterioration). PS has been shown to be effective at helping to improve memory and neural function. I have trouble from a past illness that left me searching for words in my head. I looked and found most Memory Complexes use phosphatydalserine, (phos-serine), I use NSI 1000mg, It is my wonder drug, and when I wake up, and start to talk, and can't find the words. I march right back to my room and take 3 at once.... Problem solved.
