How Does I3C with Broccoli Extract Work?I3C is also known as indole-3-carbinola metabolite found in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, kale, cabbage and Brussels sprouts. Research has shown I3C to possess some amazing health benefits. For example, one such study, published in the May/June 1995 issue of the journal Anticancer Research, I3C was shown to inhibit mammary cancer cells in animals.
