Idebenone [also known as 2,3-dimethoxy-5-methyl-6-(10-hyderoxydecyl)-1,4-benzoquinone] is fat soluble vastly improved form of the mitochondria anti-oxidant ubiquinone (CoQ10 aka Coenzyme Q10). It was created in Japan as a smaller molecule that can quickly penetrate the brain and provides far more benefits to support Cognition. Surprisingly aside from having some of CoQ10's effects it also has some unique unrelated neuroenhancing aspects. Approved outside the US under the names Cerestabon and Mnesis.
