Centrophenoxine (2-dimethylaminoethyl ester of p-chlorophenoxyacetic acid) is a form of plant growth hormone (PGH) bonded to DMAE ester. While it shares many of the properties of DMAE and PGH, Centrophenoxine has enhanced & unique physical and cognitive properties. It has been studied and used clinically for over 30 years. Commonly believed to have nootropic effects, and works well in combination with 'racetams, galantamine, huperzine and vinpocetine. One of the earliest discoveries from animal studies showed that centrophenoxine (DMAE) is extremely effective at reducing lipofuscin levels. Centrophenoxine is generally considered safe.
