I've been started this product about two weeks ago. Chromium Picolinate has helped me keep my weight down, which has made me a happier. I could see improvement in muscle and i also loss four lbs weight last week. It gives me great results I definitely suggest Chromium Picolinate supplement for muscle enhancement and weight loss.
