It serves as a chief antioxidant that helps protect cells from potential damage caused by free radical molecules.

The best source of vitamin E, easy for me to swallow a soft gel capsule in a day rather than keeping an eye on my diet regularly. What attracts me more is that it is pure with out any additional flavor, if any thing is concerns to your health it should better be pure and natural.
