I've been using this Uva Ursi product for 2 weeks with great success. I can really tell the difference when I forget to take the Uva Ursi. If you're looking for that Uva Ursi is used for mild relief of temporary water-weight gain, bloating, and swelling due to occasional excess water retention. Uva Ursi is good.
