It is a great source of vitamins and minerals. It has multiple benefits like this seems to keep up my stamina and energy as well as fast recovery from working stresses along with clear thinking and less appetite. My whole system feels better and it has even helped me lose weight but this regard I am not sure but overall a great product, I will take this for the rest of my life. Highly recommended!

I am taking Spirulina from three weeks, wonderfully low price for dietary supplements, natural resources are trustworthy and always result oriented so as this product is. I have been taking six capsules a day instead of the recommended eight with food. Spirulina has given me lots of energy and focus. This supplement really worked for me. My father is also using now too.
