I started doing research online about various green drinks because they have so many things you don't find in regular multivitamins. Also, they're liquid so they absorb better than hard pills or capsules in your system and start working right away. I went to the health food store, read the label and decided to try this product because it had more than any other product. I read about too many things to mention, but they were all in this product. Bottom line, it works. I switched from multivitamins and supplements to this one product. My husband uses the mens' formula because he loved this product also. When you drink this, it makes your whole system work better. I noticed it in the following areas, skin, hair, energy levels, metabolism, not retaining water, even my nails looked and felt better. I don't love the taste as I only mix it with water (you could use orange juice), but I do love what it does for me. I actually feel I am doing something good for my body every morning when I drink it. If you want, look at the label ingredients, do some research and try it. By the way, this site is much cheaper than my health food store and I'll order from here from now on:)
