GABA is a wonderful thing to take, its natural and I experience it as a great anti anxiety product. I only take it if I feel undue stress and or anxiety, and it goes to work fast for me. I am completly against synthetic drugs ect. their side effects can be very damaging. To me, the natural approach is the best way to go!
