How Does NSI\xAE Royal Jelly Extract 2,000 mg work? Royal jelly is a substance produced by nurse worker bees to stimulate growth and development of the queen bee. It's believed to play a part in the extended lifespan of queen bees, who live up to seven years of age (while worker bees, who do not consume the jelly, live to only 40 days). This life-extending benefit has led to the belief that royal jelly may have a rejuvenating or anti-aging effect on humans as well. Consisting of proteins (13%), sugars (11%), fatty acids (5%), vitamins (including all the B vitamins plus vitamin A, B, C, D, E and K), more than a dozen key minerals, 18 amino acids and other phytosterols, royal jelly is considered a powerhouse of nutrition. It's believed to have anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and immune-enhancing benefits. Controlled studies have also shown that royal jelly may promote cholesterol health¹. NSI\xAE Royal Jelly Extract is one of the highest doses available, delivering 667 mg of royal jelly extract (standardized to 6% 10-DHA) per two-softgel serving. It also contains 800 mg of rice bran oil, which is rich in linoleic acid (an omega-6 essential fatty acid), vitamin E and gamma oryzanol; 40 mg of soy lecithin; and 40 mg of hydrodecanoic acid per serving. NSI\xAE Royal Jelly Extract 2,000 mg is better because it:. Contains the equivalent of 2,000 mg of fresh royal jelly in two easy-to-swallow softgels per serving. Is standardized to ensure consistent quality and amount in each serving. ¹ Vittek, J. Effect of royal jelly on serum lipids in experimental animals and humans with artherosclerosis.
