Each two-softgel serving provides 170 mg of omega-3 essential fatty acid (EFA) eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 250 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), plus a remarkable 4,000 IU of vitamin A and 500 IU of vitamin D. I must say that this product is very good, this is my 2nd bottle of cod liver oil and I plan continuing to use it more and more as a dietary supplements, I found it results after 2 months of daily dosage, now the pain in my joints was completely gone. I also recommend this product to my grandfather because he told me that he feels alot of inflammation and burning in his back. Hopefully this might help him also.
