L-Tryptophan enhanced with vit b6 & niacinamide has been a god sent for me I have a very bad case of RLS and narrowing of my spinal cored alond with fibromyalgia and this has helped my headaches and my FMS & RLS alot and I've been able to sleep almost all night. I've never slept more than 2 hours a night all my life. thanks to who ever.
