Solaray Lactase with Calcium is equivalent to 4,000 FCC lactase units per tablet with an additional 100 mg of calcium from calcium citrate. Each small Tablite is lightly coated for ease in swallowing. Suitable for vegetarians. Lactase is the enzyme in the small intestine that digests lactose (the naturally occurring sugar in milk). A few children and many people after childhood do not produce sufficient lactase, which impairs the bodyGÇÖs ability to digest milk. These individuals are lactose intolerant and suffer from symptoms including cramps, gas, and diarrhea. By taking Solaray's Lactase Enzyme, the lactase that many who suffer from lactose intolerance lack will be supplied to the body and allow for more consumption of milk and dairy. Ingredients - per tablite: Calcium (as calcium citrate) 100 mg; Lactase Enzyme Concentrate (equiv. to 4,000 FCC Lactase Units) 40 mg Other Ingredients: Cellulose, Silica, Calcium Phosphate, Mannitol, Stearic Acid and Peppermint Oil

L-Theanine is wonderfull. I have been use L-Theanine for one month and results is much better. After one weeks on results. But I use 3 weeks products it twice daily and am very impressed with this product. I will definitely re order L-Theanine absolutely wonderful.

I have been taking L-Theanine weeks a go and like the results so far. After the first week of taking one tablet 3 times a day and got better results L-Theanine. L-Theanine is excellent.

L-Theanine is best for healthy mind. L-Theanine is as same which is found in abundance in green tea as well. Blood pressure control is also another benefit of L-Theanine. L-Theanine is extremely wonderful thing according to price and quality.
