Description: Relieves Pain from Bumps, Bruises, Sports Injuries, Over-Exercising Unless advised otherwise by a doctor: For temporary relief of minor aches, pains, and stiffness of muscles and joints associated with falls, blows, strains, sprains, sports injuries, and over-exercising. Each serving provides: Ingredients: (HPUS): Arnica montana 30x Directions: Sublingual medication. Place tablets under tongue when mouth is in natural condition, 15 minutes before or half hour after eating, brushing teeth, or drinking anything but water. Adults: 3 tablets 3 times a day. Children 2 to 12 years of age: Half adult dose. Children under 2: Consult a doctor. Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight. Warnings: While homeopathic medicines are safe and remarkably free of side effects, your condition might be serious. To help you take good care of yourself, we offer the following: Do not take this product for pain for more than 10 days (adults) or 5 days (children) unless directed by a doctor. If pain persists or gets worse, if new symptoms occur, or if redness or swelling is present, consult a doctor because these could be signs of a serious condition. I have been taking Arnica Montana for 2 months. I notice difference in the dark circles under my eyes. I feel better in my eyes. I am very impressed with this product.

I had some bruising and swelling around my eyes. Taking the 3 day reduced the bruising so much that the staff at the doctor's office were amazed. although easy, it's a lot of times to take something per day. If you have bruising, take it it's great stuff Arnica Montana.
