Free Form L-Arginine by Solaray is an amino acid produced naturally by a microbiological fermentation process and is an essential component of protein found naturally in the human body. The amino acid arginine has several roles in the body, such as assisting in wound healing, helping remove excess ammonia from the body, stimulating immune function, and promoting secretion of several hormones including glucagon, insulin, and growth hormone. Arginine is also needed to increase protein synthesis, which can in turn increase cellular replication. Therefore, arginine may help people with inadequate numbers of certain cells. For example, some studies have found that men with low sperm counts experienced an increase in the number of sperm when supplemented with arginine. ArginineGÇÖs effect on increasing protein synthesis improves wound healing. This effect has been shown in both animals and, at 17 grams per day, in people as well. I have been taking l-Arginine for over same months now. It plays an important part in my body production of nitric acid it promotes my blood vessels and maintains my healthy blood flow very nicely through out the body. I’ve noticed that it’s also release my growth hormones. Now I have more energetic after using l-Arginine. I am very excited about these changing. It is more vital for proper body development. I would recommend this product for anyone interested in increasing their blood flow and wants to maintain their body.

I am forty plus and this is the first time that I am taking arginine, I found it a very high quality product for overall fitness, it increased my blood flow very well that help me for better workout as gives me a good pump while weights lifting, enhance energy and increase libido. I must say that it is a five star rated products as it does what it is supposed to do. So far I take 2 capsules per day as it is enough for need. A worthy product which I want to continue.
