I WENT INTO A HEALTHFOOD STORE TO BUY A COLON CLEANSER AND FOUND COLON CLENZ.I TOOK 1 CAPSULE FRIDAY AND 2 SATURDAY.THEN SUNDAY MORNING I WENT TO THE BATHROOM AND I SWEAR ALL CHRISTMAS AND THANKSGIVING DINNER WAS IN THAT TOLIET.I USALLY DONT HAVE A BOWEL MOVEMENT UNTIL ABOUT EVERY 3,4,5 DAYS SO I KNOW XMAS AND THANKSGIVING WAS STILL INSIDE.
