It is found in some lakes, mostly ones rich in salts, in Central, South America, and Africa. It can also be grown in outdoor tanks for nutritional supplements. It can be taken as a powder, flakes, capsules, or tablets. It is most commonly used for Oral leukioplakia, and weight loss/obesity. Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 2 or 3 capsules two times a day with meals or a glass of water. Review Spirulina |
It is a great source of vitamins and minerals. It has multiple benefits like this seems to keep up my stamina and energy as well as fast recovery from working stresses along with clear thinking and less appetite. My whole system feels better and it has even helped me lose weight but this regard I am not sure but overall a great product, I will take this for the rest of my life. Highly recommended!
