Spirulina is a blue-green algae- a group of 1,500 species of microscopie aquatic plants. It is rich in protein, and also contains carotenoids, vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids. It is found in some lakes, mostly ones rich in salts, in Central, South America, and Africa. It can also be grown in outdoor tanks for nutritional supplements. It can be taken as a powder, flakes, capsules, or tablets. It is most commonly used for Oral leukioplakia, and weight loss/obesity. Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 2 or 3 capsules two times a day with meals or a glass of water. Serving Size: 3 Capsules Each Serving Contains: Protein 876 mg Vitamin A 979 IU Iron 880 mcg Spirulina 1.23 g

I am taking Spirulina from three weeks, wonderfully low price for dietary supplements, natural resources are trustworthy and always result oriented so as this product is. I have been taking six capsules a day instead of the recommended eight with food. Spirulina has given me lots of energy and focus. This supplement really worked for me. My father is also using now too.
