It is my favorite supplement for several years, and I usually use now food spirulina powder or tablets, I and my cousin both do workout in a same gym and with a same goal of reducing fat and build muscle by the help of protein in diets. From there we choose spirulina, it give us a real energy boost and it effects last whole day by keep us active. It is especially helpful if you cannot find vegetable in your diet and it has a great taste and more important it has no side effect.

I tried Spirulina because I read the nutrition information, you really should get these spirulina. This is a superfood, high in fiber and low in sugar. Its very delious, after using this product i had a lot of energy without any side effect.
