Chromax-« is a certified biologically active form of Chromium Picolinate, a yeast free source of Chromium. Licensed under U.S. Patent No. Re. 33,988. Each serving of 1 Capsule provides: Ingredient Amount US RDA Chromium (as chromium picolinate) 200 mcg 167% Other ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Gelatin, Vegetable Cellulose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Water. Free Of Corn, yeast, wheat, soy, dairy products, sugar, salt, starch, preservatives, and artificial colors or flavors. Directions As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) to three (3) capsules daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. I've been started this product about two weeks ago. Chromium Picolinate has helped me keep my weight down, which has made me a happier. I could see improvement in muscle and i also loss four lbs weight last week. It gives me great results I definitely suggest Chromium Picolinate supplement for muscle enhancement and weight loss.
