I use this astaxanthin. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. It does make a real difference in skin, reduces grey hair and aids recovery from exercise.

I simply take it as a daily supplementation to promote my immune system and better metabolism but it give me extra benefits like my skin is much better now then ever. Even it helps me from ultraviolet radiation as it contains vitamin e. The price is somehow okay.
