No need to clean or boil mouthpieces, mess with syringes, measure gels or use special toothpastes or rinses.
Directions for Use:
Open the pouch and remove the soft tray. Place the soft tray into your mouth so that it fits snuggly over your front teeth. Keep the tray snuggly against your teeth for 15 minutes (or up to 30 minutes for continued whitening). Breathe and swallow normally and spit out excess saliva while the tray is in your mouth. Just be sure the tray stays snuggly in place.
Once 15 minutes are up, remove the tray and throw it away. You may rinse your mouth with water to remove any residue. Avoid staining food and beverages such as tobacco products, red wine, caffeine, chocolate, etc. for a few hours. Use one tray for your upper teeth and one tray for your lower teeth.
